No interest, no instalments with interest, no late-payment charges. The platform lives on a service commission, not on money over time.
Price, deadline and the contents of the report are known before payment. No uncertainty: both sides see the same terms.
Orders are accepted on the days of Eid al-Adha (10–13 Dhul-Hijjah) by the Hijri calendar, not “whenever convenient”.
The customer’s money is not the platform’s revenue but property held in trust. It stays at the bank and goes to the executor only after confirmation.
The rite is confirmed by photos, date, place and details of the distribution. The customer sees exactly what was done.
The platform does not replace taking part yourself. We say it plainly: the service is for when presence is impossible.
Four steps. Everything inside the app — from choosing an executor to the report
Service, city, date of the rite and a guide price. Or pick an executor from a listing.
Executors respond with their own price. You see the rating, reviews and how many orders they completed.
The bank holds the money. It reaches the executor only after your confirmation.
Photos, date and place, details of the meat distribution. You confirm — the money goes to the executor.
A rite cannot be redone, so the rules are written upfront and are the same for everyone
Payment is held at the bank until confirmation. If the executor disappears or files no report, the full amount comes back to you.
The order shows the date of the rite, the report deadline and the last day to open a dispute. Dates, not guesses.
An assistant asks both sides clarifying questions; a human makes the decision. A partial refund is possible if the work was half done.
Either side can offer a settlement — close as is, refund part or all. The other side’s consent ends the dispute without a review.

For every service it is known upfront what the report must contain: photos, date, place and who received it. For Qurans — a photo of the copies and the name of the mosque; for dates — the place and the amount handed out.
Listing is free. The platform earns a commission on the deal — so it is interested in the deal happening
Orders can be taken by self-employed persons with a Russian tax number. Registration is free and takes a few minutes in the “Moy Nalog” app — no certificate needed, the platform checks the status itself.
You send a response with your price and description. The order does not go to whoever tapped first — the customer chooses.
After the customer confirms. The platform commission is 15%, minimum 200 ₽, and it is visible before the deal.
Your listing at the top, a golden frame, a “Premium” mark. Only the place in the list is paid — it does not affect dispute decisions.
New orders in your city are visible immediately, to others five minutes later. Ten seats per city.
Deadlines, reports, disputes and deductions are set out in the agency contract. Signed once, and your version of the text is stored.
You can. The platform is for when you have no trusted executor in that city — for example the rite is for relatives in another region. Then the bank holds the money, not a stranger, and there is a report with photos.
Payment opens 20 days before the service date: earlier makes no sense — the money would sit at the bank longer than the settlement period. After payment the amount is held and goes to the executor only after your confirmation, or automatically three days after the report if there are no objections.
No report on time — first a warning to both sides, a day later the platform opens a dispute itself. If there is still no report, the money returns to the customer in full and a delay is counted against the executor.
The list depends on the service and is visible before payment. For aqiqah: a photo of the animal, the date and place, a photo of the meat after butchering, details of the distribution. A report missing required items or the photo is rejected by the server.
Listing is free. A commission of 15%, minimum 200 ₽, is deducted at payout. Separately and optionally — listing promotion and VIP visibility.
The platform takes no interest, offers no interest-bearing instalments and charges no penalties in its own favour. Qurbani is accepted only on the days of Eid al-Adha. The service does not replace personal participation — it helps when that is impossible.
